JULIE GARLAND McLELLAN TEACHES MASTER CLASS IN SINGAPORE

Leading corporate governance consultant Julie Garland McLellan will lead a one-day Master Class at the 2nd Corporate Governance Asia Conference to be held May 13-15, 2009 in the Lion City.

Julie will work with attendees to explore corporate governance issues particularly relevant for the Asian market by developing four hypothetical case studies. These case studies will cover the following areas:
         Joining a Board
         International joint ventures
         Listing multinational companies
         Addressing fraud or other problems

"The value of this workshop is that it will be based on practical, real life situations in which the delegates will have enough experience to be able to talk about these issues," says Julie. "The case study approach is extremely engaging, and I’m looking forward to guiding a very rich discussion."
